actually the thing is that they demanded my relationship docs after 45 of my medical and i have sent them those docs 30 days back and my status is still IN PROCESS and they havent made any change in my status. Is this sure that the CHC makes the changes every tuseday or they can make the changes on any other days also. Its really furstrated to see the status IN PROCESS every time. Second thing is that i want to ask that can they call me for the interview also after medical or not. plz clerify me all the things

Looks like they have actually stopped working completely... they havent done any significant work for almost 4 months in a row. This can indicate that something is happening in the background on the policy level...I dnt want to sound negative but that email of 2 years processing time seems like true now.. .. donno wat to think...CIC should stand for Completeley Insane Corporation.

u must have made a case specific enquiry or requested to update ur addy on ur application so it got changed to IP with RBVO in it.

my lawyer given info that Case processing Centre-Pilot has been initiated in Ottawa to deal with backlog of MI-1 category cases. cases exceeded 12 months time are likely to be transferred to Ottawa office ...further info is awaited ....

That looks like a very bad news.

MI-I means all pre June 10 applicants and pre Feb 2008 applicants.

Kindly check with your lawyer and advice whether this will further lag the whole process.

Dear Tarak ! can't we send a joint email to Immigration Minister Jason Kenny regarding our greivances of delayed processing of our applications and seek clarification from him about their forthcoming rules of processing. please comment on this issue. regards.
