pt 4 Correct as in Nov 2009 it was well know a new List is coming after the winter Olympics so there was flood of applicants

There has been no movement for 2 weeks and we have panicked

I think the process have not halted for pre jun2010 applicants. It has just slowed down.
The reasons could be:
1) Visitor Visa (due to summer/vacations)
2) Priority to post jun2010 applications
3) Processing of Pre Nov2008 applications
4) Excess no. of applications in pre jun2010 (much more than expected)

So nothing to worry.
Yes, more time would be consumed by VOs.

actually the thing is that they demanded my relationship docs after 45 of my medical and i have sent them those docs 30 days back and my status is still IN PROCESS and they havent made any change in my status. Is this sure that the CHC makes the changes every tuseday or they can make the changes on any other days also. Its really furstrated to see the status IN PROCESS every time. Second thing is that i want to ask that can they call me for the interview also after medical or not. plz clerify me all the things

You are on schedule unless chc is performing additional checks on your file or there is an issue with your medical

They normally do not take more than 72 days after medicals

Yes, they can call for interview any time before issuing the visa.
