Anybody who has crossed 11 months after the full document submission, i would suggest to send reminders / case specific enquiries . NDVO should be flooded with such reminders from everybody .

Infact, these guys themselves write in their standard replies that anyone can contact them if there is any delay than the standard processing timeperiod mentioned on the site.

In some cases if the status is still RBVO , then very likely it will turn into IN Process after sending enquiry within two weeks . .....it happened in our as well as many others cases.

What do you say guys.

Hi sandz! I have completed that time already. But haven't sent any case specific inquiry coz my view is that they can update your status to IP after receiving your mail but you will get medicals only according to priority So there is no benefit to be in IP so long.... Still the applicants with FTD 24 & 30 march are waiting for medicals. We cannot increase the processing speed of our case by sending those inquiries ; in fact we'll get only standard reply which will further annoy us.

i guess the reason for not replying could be because they don't have anything further to add...so wait guys

Hello jams

still i wud suggest to send a case specific enquiry .... there is no harm ....there must be some difference in RBVO vs IN PROCESS status ..... i am still curious to know further about it. Well CHC works in quite opaque way ......... with our second AOR they suggested to contact back if we don't hear from them in 3 months ......even now on the website they advise us to contact back if anybody's time period exceeds their normal processing time.

good luck .

@sunny

They process as per FTD buddy,

I did all these observations. I am the oldest applicant here by docs submission date. Me and laklak have very much similar timelines. We did our submission within 15 days of FTDs (or first AOR) but, plenty of others got medicals and we are waiting. I am sorry, laklak just got a few weeks back.

I got In Process on 26 Jan 2011 with RBVO and I am still waiting for further updates.

To cut long story short, They are going extremely slow and going by FTDs.

i got ur point dear but it is also a fact that generally doc sub date is some time proportionate to FTD ....................it is like logical camouflage ......that all calculating processing to FTD but actually its Doc sub date ......they put ur file in q as it comes ,they dont rearrange files at any stage according to FTD ....see we got 120days for doc sub after first AOR , see if person A has already prepared his file sub it immediatly and there is a person B who has ftd earlier than person Abut submit his file on 110th day...............bro do u think that person B will get medicals first?

Rest im jus putting maa view to discuss ........its source is my lawyers based in canada

Sandz

even if they change the status from RBVO to In process after recieving a CS Inquiry it turns out to be an eyewash

They just sit duck for weeks after that doing nothing

I will be better to have status in process when chc is ready to actually and practically put ONE into process

IP status with nothing concrete happening for months only aggravates the Anxiety

What Say
