Its FTD and they are presently Doing April FTD

Evaluate all tables for your self and you will get the clear Picture

i got ur point dear but it is also a fact that generally doc sub date is some time proportionate to FTD ....................it is like logical camouflage ......that all calculating processing to FTD but actually its Doc sub date ......they put ur file in q as it comes ,they dont rearrange files at any stage according to FTD ....see we got 120days for doc sub after first AOR , see if person A has already prepared his file sub it immediatly and there is a person B who has ftd earlier than person Abut submit his file on 110th day...............bro do u think that person B will get medicals first?

Rest im jus putting maa view to discuss ........its source is my lawyers based in canada

Whatttttttttt September. How you are sure dear that it won't be later than that .

Not to worry yaar.

All pre june file transferred applicants will get the visa before Sep.

jan/feb/mar will be the first to get...so you should be happy

Good Observation and very valid point made by you . its seems quite logical too. i wud personally donot count FTD date at all . It can and should be from the full doc submission.

regards

Hi sunny bhaji!

I was tryin to figr it out that hw they process according to yer saying i.e. Doc submission date, I think they consider FTD for one month (like APRIL FTD) and then they consider the documents sub date. e.g. A,B,C persons with same APRIL FTD date (say 20 April) and they submit docs in APRIL,MAY,JUNE respectively. So the priority is for A who submitted the docs first.
In this way they consider both, n along with that there must be some priority according to NOC. Its my own view, lets see what others comment on that.

FULL DOCS SUBMISSION

Hi,
The processing time of 11 months is not for all NDVO applicants.
Its just the best case they might complete in this period or some 10% cases, I think.
Generally what I have seen is it takes about 15 or more months after the full docs.
If I take my case then its 12+ months after full docs submission. Still not rcvd. MR.
So now if we count time for MR and visas then it will definitely 15 or more months.
So dont just wait counting time.
It has no time limit.
I could just say that count 2 years from application and anywhere in between you will get your result.

Hi Sunny,

A very valid point.

Actually the trend is really unpredictable.

Until recently, that is, Jan , Feb months we were seeing the application processed as per FTD. If you go back in this thread you would see, that your observation, wherein an applicant has submitted his/her full docs, on the 110th day, did get a preference, if his/her FTD was falling in Jan, Feb or Dec 2010.

However, when they started processing FEB, MAR, APRIL cases, the trend changed. Now the FTD and Full Docs Submission Date seems almost very close.
This is because there was lag and possibly bcoz of the application load of the Months Nov 2010,Dec2010 and Jan 2011(FTD).

Well, honestly, it is difficult to speculate, but that is all we can do, to keep our hopes high.

However, everyone in the pipeline will get their visas sooner or later : Lets pray and support each other in this journey.

All the best.

Matlal

Even 15 months is a +ve approach for the application.

Chc has taken a minimum of 8 months and a max of 18 months till now
