My NOC is 4131 and today i received a love letter from CHC. Stating the requirement of following documents:

1. PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL THE CEREMONIES OF MY MARRIAGE.
2. POST-MARRIAGE PHOTOGRAPHS.
3. DOCUMENTS WHICH ESTABLISH THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY WIFE.

Plz suggest me about the above given requirement.

This requirement has come to many members of the forum from ND CHC
Please send the notarized copy of marraige certificate again alonf with about 30 pics including both marraige and post marraige pics and any other document like (these docs are optional)
Copy of PP if you got your name entered in each other PP
Bank staement of any joint account
Any snail mail for her at your adress

Dear Ankit

I would like to correct you here... Time for Initial review - 2 months is for CHC not for CIO. This timeline is mentioned on local visa office website. This 2 months are to reach visa eligibility stage. 10 months are for the finalization include stamping process.

I understand now a days, they are taking little more than this at CHC, ND but, the timeline mentioned on CHC, ND website is not updated since long so, in their next update we can surely see 3-4 months for review and may be around 12 months to finalization.

exceptionally, my file is in ND VO, 12months from today,,nothing change in my ecas. if anybody is lucky,,you will get visa before 12months..otherwise...lets see mine case.

Medicals Done : 1 March 2011
PP sent : 3 march 11
Visa stamped on : 22 March 11
Visa REceived : 28 March 11
