Its my gut feeling that if CIC has asked for such documents, then it is clear that they have clear picture before them.They may have done background check which may made them to ask such documents.One cant hide anything as they do checks without the knowlege of applicants.

Believe me I am genuinely working in that company and all exp certificates were made by my boss as I told him that I will be doing an Executive program for which I would require exp. certificates. I am not afraid if a visa officer comes to visit my office or enquires my boss about me and my duties.

atleast 15 post june 26 applicant from new delhi visa office has got medical/ppr request, they applied to CIO, Sydney, Canada between 5 august to 23 september 2010. what a tragedy for us pre june applicants.

don't worry, u will get medicals before 31st march 2011. did u complete 11 months from FULL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION ?

Yes, I submitted full docs in april'10. So this is 11th month going on.
Let us see how things move on. Because of this PR issue, I am stuck and I cant make any further decision.

i am very positive that u would get medicals before 31st march 2011. after 31st march if u still did not receive any reply, send CHC a CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY, saying that u completed 11 months from FULL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION. i m sure they would respond.

Hi,
Yes, it is very unpredictable.
But we can't do anything. The only thing one can do in this situation is pray for the best and have patience.
I believe in "whatever happens, always happens for the reason". So have an optimistic view and enjoy the life.

Hi johny

This delay is creating sores all over. I left my job last June and relocated to Faridabad.Ofcourse I thought the wait would be over and I would be preparing to leave for a new location.Rather it seems all of us are stuck
in this morass with no end in sight. Now I am giving tuitions in French with my wife and sons rather annoyed at me for this undue delay.

Hope this wait ends on a fruitful note ....

I think your application filed date is wrong here.
And what kind of processing are you asking about?
You mean the sentence "we have reviewed your file and started processing on xxxxx"?
No, its the same old RBVO details inside the IN PROCESS link.
Its almost 45 days with the same look.
And address also missing since last 7-8 days or so.
How about you... our FTD date is same.

my processing has started from the first week of feb.. but nothing came from CHC yet.. dont know wht are they doing..
