The whole immigration process is a big headache right now.

Hi Sakhi,

Dont worry. The current trend is the case rolls into "In Process" and date/details change only a week later.

In the interim, you would have your address details doing the disappearing acts.

Lets hope and pray for the next stage.

All the best !!!

Hi Matlal,

Thanks for your encouraging words from the bottom of my heart. If you don't mind, could you please share how it happened in your case since we share the same NOC.

DestinationBC,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I have already provided them with all the employment letters, with yearly appraisal letters. Present visiting card. As my salary is given cash, cant show any bank transactions.

Provide your income tax declaration and form 16.

@Yahoo India

What is ur ftd? 15-March or 24 March?

and what are the details inside "In Process" link?

@Yahoo India

Obtain the latest reference letter form your reporting head. The reference letter should mention your designation, job duties, current salary and the date of joining.

Attach the business Card / Visiting card of signing Authority. Also, make a photocopy of your company ID card and send it along with.

I understand you are getting salaries in Cash but, if you have salary slips, form 16 and previous year's tax return then send them.

Besides all these you can write an explanation letter or a simple cover letter. Tell your consultant to do this job for you. What is getting pay for?

I think this should be sufficient.

@yahoo india
you can do affidavit stating that you have work for whatever years with so and so salary, under whatever institute and with that you can submit your income tax return xerox...what documents you have given last time?
