hi to all....

i think its all very frustrating....
one of my relative is working with CHC new delhi...
i called him on last sunday to ask whats all this happening, why people are not getting updates properly, whats wrong with new delhi office...
he explained me see its all very complicated your visa issue or whatever updates is a big calculation of your NOC code+your date of submition at new delhi+ your transfer date+ how strong your application is+ monthly quota+annual quota+ your requirement in canada+etc... etc... so he said do not go deep into it.. just wait...

nothing....at all????

Waiting patiently for medical request.

@all,

guys I know the situation has worsen now... We can not do anything at this moment besides being calm and patient.... I might not come on this thread for next 4-5 days but, you guys keep helping each other... All the best to all for getting medicals surprisingly.... I mean it as the ECAS is changing with old details so, there are big chances of getting medicals without an update on ECAS.... All the best

i am little confused over this disappering act , by this do you mean :-

that we can't log on to our ECAS status?

does it indicates something else ?

pls don't mind replying as i am new to this waiting thing

Helo Imran, can you share your detailed timelines.. what was ur File transfer date?

Hi Can-quest...

My File Transfer date is 3rd March....I got my status change to In-Process on 22 December. Then they ask for additional documents (Settlement Fund & Wedding Photos). After sending those I receive medical request on 10th Feb (The date of letter was 2nd Feb, delay in courier service). Then I did my medicals on 26th Feb and sent the passport to my agent on 28th Feb....He should send it to CHC with in Few days.

Hi All,

Any updates from anybody today? Mine is still RBVO and I was hoping for it to become inprocess atleast today. Its frustrating with each passing day.

Nowadays people say that New Delhi visa office takes an average of 11 months for processing. I wonder if this time frame starts from the date our file is transferred from CIO, Sydney to New Delhi Visa office and if yes, then in my case its already past 11 months. Wonder what is happening. In the case of one of my friends, his file transfer date was on March 3rd 2010 and his status got changed to inprocess on Jan 25th 2011 and today his consultant has recieved his passport stamped with the visa. When you see his time frame, his processing took place in 11 months and in the 12th month (from the date of his file transfer), he got his passport stamped which adheres to the current processing timeline at New Delhi Visa office. Hope the New Delhi visa office sticks to this timeline for all of us who are yet to get the maple leaf stamped on the passport. ;)

Regards,
Sakhi.

@ Sakhi

HI.... you are not alone in the race there are so many other applicants before your file transfer date who are still waiting for their turn... Me too..... and CHC ND counting 11 months from the date of your 2nd AOR not from the date of your file transfer. So we all applicant whose 2nd AOR is in June 2010, have to wait for minimum 3-4 weeks for "In Process" status. So best of luck for waiting and for positive file processing.....

Can you please ask your relative for these abrupt ecas updates? At least we would know if they can be trusted or not....

Dear All,

This is my first post in this wonderful forum after getting my passport back with VISA stamped (along with Landing Papers and few original documents) yesterday (28.02.11) and Today (01.03.11) E-cas also changed to Decision made from In Process.

I wanna thank all the members of this forum for providing valuable information/suggestions. Although I visited this forum only couple of time but no doubt this forum is really great.

My total processing time is 15 Months and planning to land Toronto in Mid-May.

Hope all of you will received your Visa's soon.

Thanks
Ajay
