Guys the normal procedure is when the status changes to INPROCESS on the inside, as a last line it should say,

we have reviewed and started processing your application on xxxx(date)

I wrote the whole post as someone said me to check my status again.

My concern is, only those got an update on ECAS who are either having AEO or whose NOCs from 38 occupation in demand list (old list) are also available new 20 NOC list.

May be I am wrong as a couple of guys got update having noc 0111, 1111 and 0213. I know these 3 NOCs were not included in new list. However, some people also got correction on ECAS.

Tarakrs, I also tried my best to arrive at some logic with the recent happenings, but their is no fixed pattern to it. So we will just have to wait & watch. Except that, now probably they are doing a pick & choose of what they want to process henceforth, irrespective of the file transfer date.

BTW your app. status had also turned to In Process, what does it say now?

There are whole lot of updates in other NOC too(i.e. the once not in the current list). So I feel this logic is flawed. Maybe we need more data to come to some sort of conclusion.

@ Tarak,

one of my friend(noc-4131), now not in the list of 29 occupation in demand list got his medical paper on 25 jan-11.
his file transfer date is 04- march-2010, file in process from 17-dec-10.

& mine NOC(0711- CONSTRUCTION MANAGER) ALSO NOT IN THE CURRENT LIST.......

LETS SEE WHT WILL HAPPEN.....................

My spouse is the primary applicant. We have a FSW-2 application running at ND VO.
It turned to In-Process on 8 Feb 2011.
