Dear All,

I need some help from all of you.....

I need NOCs of all those applicants whose status got changed to In Process but having details of RBVO in last 2-3 weeks.

If you can find out if that NOC did / did not fall in 38 occupation then it will be a great help.

Once let me collect enough information from you guys and then I may be able tell you what m i up to

Thanks in advance

my noc is 7217

has send a case specific inquiry yesterday, against the advise of some seniors and respected members . but i feel they are taking too much time and i am letting go some opportunities here back home. so will share their response what ever that may be.

That's the worst part.

We can't take any decision at this stage, letting go good opportunities & other aspects of life.

I agree with you all....

Atleast CHC ND must update Applicants timrly and correctly about their case status.....

Even CAIPS notes takes about 6 to 7 week to get case status....

The only change this tuesday was removal of my mailing address from status.

it is now stating:

If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.

Status is If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status.
The status shows In process

On clicking it I get the following status

We received your application for permanent residence on March 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on April 27, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Guys the normal procedure is when the status changes to INPROCESS on the inside, as a last line it should say,

we have reviewed and started processing your application on xxxx(date)

Hi All,

Can somebody paste the latest updated chart of who all are left from those having File transfer dates till March end?

Really CHC is working in a very unpredictable way. God help us all to pass through this phase of frustration.

Best of luck to all.
