I think ecas is not updated yet because I requested to update my mailing address a few weeks back and I got a reply last week stating that my new mailing address has been updated but, today on ECAS i still see the old one.... I think ecas will be updated in a couple of hours

As u have mentioned in one of yr post that u have joined a new company frm 1st DEC. and if u r asked to be presented with employment details...probably they might be trying to get clarification about yr latest employment experience........any ways any V. Call...to yr employer? any travel history?.........

they have specifically asked me to bring a supporting document of my employment with the company based on which experience I've applied for 4131. now i've provided them with my appointment letter, release letter, payslips...what else i need to provide....they've not provided me with the form16 ( actually i forgot collect...its a matter on 2008)...i've a document related to my claim for the PF...will that work?

I think interview (at least b4 medicals) is being probable nowadays..

I just attended an interview on 20th this month & is waiting for its outcome..

in my case also the interviewer was not sure whether i did medicals or not even though i dint..

in ur case, they might have come across some thing which they need further more clarification not taking ur medical status into account..

they might have send the mail & would have specified any document which u need to specially bring in.. may be from that u can find out as what r they actually in doubt for..

For me they asked to bring tax papers..so it can be easily related to employment..

u can check it across & be prepared..All the best..

pls note that i am not being an expert here.. i am just trying to correlate it with my case..

Try to provide all the stuff's you have in hand to prove your claim..

& for those doc's which they might ask be prepared for a genuine answer if u dont have them..tell them a specified reason why you could not submit the same..

Offer latter/ Appointment letter..
Letter specifying job responsibilities if possible..
salary slips..
form 16 / it returns..
id card
visiting card
appreciation certificates if any..
photograph of any functions if any..

nothing more is coming to my mind.. the highlighted one's were specifically asked by the interviewer.
