Can you please tell us they are not satisfied with the institute where U r working or they are not satisfied with the institute from where U completed your study..?? And what kind of Instructor u were shown in your application..??

My category is 4131 (Instructor in Private training institute) tell me guys hw private training insti could be Govt Accredited????????????????????

I am planning to appeal in Immi Tribunal against ths bogus reason..

yes you need to update them with your old company's experience letter, new job's job offer letter, appointment letter, your reporting head's visiting card etc.

mine is the same case.. so i already sent CHC my old company experience letter and new company offer and appointment letter. And one application to update my file with given information.

All CHCs around the world are off to work tomorrow. I think they'll update ECAS on Wednesday or Thursday only. All the best guys.
 
It will be great if CHC will operate from day after tomorrow onwards. I am expecting they will be off till first week of Jan due to XMas and New year celebration. These people genrally take leaves during this period only. Wishing all the best to all for Wednesday onwads as in last week we saw updates on Wednesday and Thursday.
