foolish reason is :" YOU have not satisfied me that (Name of my institution) is a govt accredited institution.. Processing fees that u have paid is refundable. u will re'v cheque within 8-12 weeks."

My category is 4131 (Instructor in Private training institute) tell me guys hw private training insti could be Govt Accredited????????????????????

I am planning to appeal in Immi Tribunal against ths bogus reason..

Even i sent the wedding pictures along with post marriage pictures....I guess reason for asking from me was i have married for 2 years and for job me and my wife have stayed separately for about a year......may be you have a similar case where either you are comparatively newly married or have lived separately for some time.....Just to add .....They asked for the pictures along with the Medical/passport and RPRF

I got a letter from CHC stating that in order to continue the process of my application i need to submit the following before 30days.

1. Pictures of Wedding Ceremony and Reception....

That's all.... Any how from my end i sent them today to CHC in a packet as they preferred. Guys is that ok or any sign of prob?....

I never seen any case where institution need to be Govt accredited but I read some where in the thread where Spouse Computer Diploma is not accredited so visa officer didt alloted him points for adaptability.
I will suggest you to have a word with qorax or PMM I'm sure they will help you out in right way

I saw in the forum that they have started the processing of March trf file. As my file is trf on march 3. what do you expect when they will start work on my file.

My ecas status changed to In Process and on the inside it says we reviewed your application and started processing on Nov 3rd. Guys my file transfer is on Feb. Majority of the feb cases are over plz guide me on when will i recive my medicals.Tanx in advance.

No signs of problem. Only thing it can cause is some delay as youu will now have BFD after next 30 days from date of letter issue
