Just came across this poem after a lontime...in retrospect it was never more apt than it is now for all of us who are waiting.....

DON’T QUIT

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit-

Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up
Whe he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It might be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

I know quitting is not an option but still....

So very apt and encouraging.... in these low times.....Thank you SJSM..

Thanks a lot Setcanada,

One more doubt?

In 5563B form it is mentioned that, please provide consent for all person over 18 years of age for whom information is contained on the file.

Means we have to submit 2 individual copies for PA & Spouse?

If yes, then do we need to pay $5 for each application form 5563B?

Do we need 5475E form 2 copies?

Both PA & Spouse has to sign the Covering letter?

Dear CBI and Setcanada,

for your kind info u should only fill two forms that is Imm5475 and Imm 5476..bcoz i used to sent ths two only and i got reply

No need to send cover letter

Uni

Uni,

Form 5476 is for the authorized representative, which means they will become our representative for all further communication.

Correct me if I am wrong.

@ CBI
1)Form IMM5563 B is to be signed only by Canadian Relative
2)Form 5475 E is to be signed by Principal Applicant ,Spouse as well as by the Dependent (if above 18 year old)
Yes you need 2 different copies of 5475 E and only $5 need to be enclosed and Formal request to be signed by Principal Applicant and Spouse.

@ Uni I filled above 2 form along with formal request letter which is as per checklist of form IMM5563B and Citizenship and Immigration Canada release my CAIPS 2 times one in July and other in Nov.
But I guess CBI can also use Representative form no issue in that
UNI can you share your CAIPS note?
