One more thing i observed in my CAIPS note is next BFD IS 10 DEC 2010 that is exactly 45 days from 26th october (inprocess day)
That mean visa officer needs my medical to reach on or before 10 dec 2010(as chc new delhi gives 45 days to complete the medical) am i right???
Please suggest

Yes the BFD is right after 45 days, and if your docs do not reach before that, it is a problem


Also the BFD changes if you send the letter and ask for extension

hi tarak there has been an update today as i told u on cell. a guy whose file transfer date is 27 jan was delayed due to extensive foreign travel has got inprocess today
