Doctor sahab i will have a different take on that.....It has been only 3 months since the capping this has come....So still 9 months of data is pending yes the trending is on the lower side but there could be reasons for that....Since a lot people in favorite categories cannot apply....then even people in the 29 categories will be reluctant because of the capping thing....thirdly people must be looking for other places they can apply n get the VISA...So i think Canada is a country is still a high location but the current rules are such that people are getting a backward pull about filing for the immigration...

Dear All ,

What if Credit Card Charged or DD enchased by CIC & while on eligibility review file rejected or returned ?

Any Idea ?

Regards,

Mayank
if CC has been charged by CIC/Canada, its almost sure that, that person will get 1st AOR within couple of days. If your file was not under consideration, they never cashed your DD or credit card. I had similar exp before. thanks

Thanks.

Ankit,

Did u travel after submitting your full documents to visa office??? or earlier than that???
MIne was recent...short stay for 2 weeks each in US and Malaysia.

If you travelled abroad after submitting your full app then there are chances that they'll do your background check from respective countries. Usually this is done after your status changes to In Process.... This may take from 15 days to 4 months
