Hello, I just got the news from my consultant that they have recd medicals for the case filed in April this year. I am trying to get further details specially the date of first AOR.
One thing that is becoming clear is that there is a buzz of activity at CHC and the April applications have strated moving. So, keeps your fingers crossed for the ensuing tuesday.

wat do u mean by april applicants - means those guys who have sent their INITIAL application in april or those guys who have sent their docs in April.

I've filed my initial application in Feb 2010, got 1st AOR in Mar 2010, send full docs in June 2010 and got 2nd AOR in Aug 2010. Can you provide some guidance on my case?

Yes, we heard that from good number of april applicants as their file transfer dates would have been in month of Jan. Most of the ppl whose file transfer dates were in Jan2010 started getting medicals.

Yes, his first AOR would give us rough idea on his file transfer date..

Hello Vaibhav,

Firstly , Let me share that both of us are sharing the same cateogary -1111. Elaborating on what I have written earler , All those cases where complete set of application was sent to CHC , Delhi.
Here I assume that the guys who have sent their applications to CHC in April might have got their first AOR sometime in Jan/Feb'10.
In addition , Lemme add that a friend of mine had made an application to CIC , Novascotia in May this year bearing the same cateogary-1111. The guy has received the 1st AOR last week. It means that there is a buzz of activity in the processing of the cases for the PR.
For a guidance on the timelines , I would request you to have a good look at the Chart being published by Tarak as it is a good depiction. Furthere , I think tarak is going to make some changes in the presentation of the Index after tomorrow's updates at Ecas.
Anyways , it is going to be a long haul...so stay put and wait for your chance...
