File Xfer to CHC ND in Jan / Feb / March 2010 please join here

Hi All,

Need suggestion. It has been more than one month I had sent my passport to CHC ND for Visa stamping (after medical exam). CHC ND received the passport on 20th Aug 2011. I have neither heard from them nor did I receive passports back.
Shall I wait for some more time or is it ok to send query? I know query reply might take quite some time.

Sorry.. didnt get it... what is RPRF received date? I had sent everything in one single packet. so there is only one receipt date for me. Not sure whether they encashed the Demand drafts or not. There seems to be no way of finding that out.

I send my passport on 4th August and New Delhi visa office received the passport on 12th August. I got a payment receipt few days back (if you have not yet received the payment receipt talk to your bank and check the status of the DD). right now I am waiting for my passport with visa ..My status still shows in process with no Medical received line ... sorry for the confusion

I am also send passport at 18 July 2011 after Medical , i have received only RPRF receipt at 25 August and my E-status not showing "Medical received " line , how long take time for stamping

Dear Friends,

New quarterly data is released (Q1 and Q2 untill end of June 2011).
It gives little information for Pre June 2010 applicants. It has no specific information of how many visas issued under MI1(Pre June 2010 applicants) and MI2 (post june 2010 applicants) category.
It has been more than a year since MI2 (Post june 2010) came to existance and lot of visas have been issued under this category yet no specific information for this category.
If they do so then real information about MI1 applicants (Pre June 2010) will come out in public domain so they clubbed the data for MI1 and MI2 to avoid Pre June 2010 applicants irony.

A perfect example of how CIC wants to provide data without being specific so that they can hide information without being responsible and they can get away with public outcry and pressure.

Conservatives have started to show their real intentions.

hi simon,

you just need to send the copy of the offer letter at CHC immigration department (you will find the address at chc letter) and also send a covering letter indicating your change of employment. Paste your file sticker at the envelope and courier it.

Guys i also got my request for medicals! *hurray*
it came on 8th but i was out of town so couldnt collect it. Will be going for the medicals next week.
Any idea how long it takes once the meds are done?
Also, i will be sending request for adding my newborn daughter to the application as well. I dont know how much delay that will cause though
