how many siblings your wife has , name them , their DOB , adress of the family of your wife , how did you guys first meet, where did you went for your honeymoon , stuff like that

People who are asked for marriage photographs are recently married or for quite some time? Just to come to a conclusion.

I believe people are asked for marriage photographs if they are recently married.

If this is a real update so it's good, but can you assume why people till March,30 (FTD) are not having any update ?
I mean to say for ND they have processesed upto 10.03.2010 cases ( as per forum updates) & remaining 20days applicants i.e,11.03 to 30.03.10 have not got any update, only AEO cases like Tarakrs & MS84 got update (their FTD is last day of March).

Is Our files are put on hold? I have heard that due to slow economy & less opportunities, they are processing files as per requirement in the country so definitely we will get update but it will take couple of months.

Please Share your views.

Honeyjack it is too early to predict what actually is happening, but I read on the Post 26 June forum somebody has posted that he/she has read some official information that CIC will be henceforth processing FSW-2 cases on priority. We might also speculate that post 26 June NOC's might also get a priority for processing since CIC would want an even distribution of new immigrants (since they already have had plenty of 4131,1111 etc. in the last 1.5 years).

Although it is purely my take on this, nothing official about it.

Brother....my case is very much the same even my wife did not change her name in the passport.......couple of things from my side.....and a question.....they are asking for wedding and post wedding pics from almost everyone who are rather recently married...as in my case i got married 2 years back they asked for pics....i sent only 22 pics....if you got married while your application was wth them or may be just before filing the application they become even more suspicious.....i am not scaring you but i know a guy whose marriage was not real...he got the fake wedding album made and in the interview got rejected (he took that album along with him).....if your wedding is real...they will get to know about it from the question answers so don't worry......

Now the question brother could you please share what is written in the interview call letter....may be they had some other doubt not the authenticity of your wedding.....

Rest don't worry brother you will get through with flying colors

Thanks for your input. Your case maiden name changed. In my case my wife already has passport before marriage. so no name changes. i am the primary applicant and i have my family name and my wife as a secondary applicant with her family name we wrote. as like same in certificates. Some people told me the same like u said. No Glitches in marriage because of marriage of convenience...

As far as my case is concerned, we both are in same profession and from same college, recently married.... I think they want further more clarification in marriage. I pray god, that they called for this, and if they convince [I planned to take complete wedding albums to the interview]
