I am in Canada for almost 8 years now, haven't got my PR, because I studied for 6 years then Job for 1.5 years. My PR is taking long time because I am going through the right way. Some of my friend left University, used PNP and so many different way to become PR within 2 years. Now they are Canadian Citizen. They drive taxi make 100k/yr. Send all the money back home and my dad call me every week, your friend already made 3 houses here and you are doing nothing there. you both went to Canada same time. I make almost half of what they make, they can hide some taxes but I am sick of paying taxes. Is that sounds fair ? But that is the truth.

The VOs might not be inferior than you, but remember , right now you are certainly depend on their action. My 12 grade teacher marked my paper. If he made me fail that time, I wouldn't be here today. I probably outsmart him later by doing BSc and MSc in Canada but at that certain time, he was inferior than me and there was lot depended on him about my life.

Who was assigned to your file? Like visa officer

My first GCMS notes does not show any Assigned officer , It Just said transferred and not mentioned any thing.. probably it got changed later on but i never applied again

I can relate this a bit to my situation here, the company I worked for also has a not so informative website.......ther is not much information there expect basic thing like Aboutus, contact us and home page with little information about the company...it basically is a 4 page website.

Also,after reading a few threads here I realized two things......1. My reference letters do not have my company's website on it and 2. my job responsibilities are a bit similar to what is there on the HRSDC website under my NOC........

I am still waiting for my MR since a month......on March 10 I got a reply from CPC saying my application is still in queue to be reviewed...but almost all July applicants have got their MR's so I feel they might have looked into my file but there is something going on...
