Well to be honest this is unfair .some people are getting
It in 12 months and other are waiting for a long time
And BTW just because they are VO does not mean i am
Inferior. I am angry at the system and procedure.
And We should at least have a right to know

I am in Canada for almost 8 years now, haven't got my PR, because I studied for 6 years then Job for 1.5 years. My PR is taking long time because I am going through the right way. Some of my friend left University, used PNP and so many different way to become PR within 2 years. Now they are Canadian Citizen. They drive taxi make 100k/yr. Send all the money back home and my dad call me every week, your friend already made 3 houses here and you are doing nothing there. you both went to Canada same time. I make almost half of what they make, they can hide some taxes but I am sick of paying taxes. Is that sounds fair ? But that is the truth.

The VOs might not be inferior than you, but remember , right now you are certainly depend on their action. My 12 grade teacher marked my paper. If he made me fail that time, I wouldn't be here today. I probably outsmart him later by doing BSc and MSc in Canada but at that certain time, he was inferior than me and there was lot depended on him about my life.

Apples with apples the outcome should be same.
For example your friends chose a shortcut n you stayed
Where you supposed to be.I had friends too who chose
Short cut n they are better off then me ..
I am not comparing myself to them so taxi was
Their best option however, my goals are higher .
Now i am financial advisor in a bank and my job is in
Jeopardy coz of my immigration status

Hello,

I have been a silent reviewer all these days and been following this forum since I have got my AOR.

I application was received on March 11, 2013.
AOR on April 18, 2013 and nothing since then.

I got my GCMS notes which were generated on Feb 12th, 2014 and got them on March 12th, 2014. Under Eligibility it says Review Required. But there are no other comments about whats being reviewed.

Will the GCMS notes have the details about whats being reviewed?

Appreciate your inputs.

Check the last two pages it should say some comments by the visa officer

even i do have RD-6262 somewhere in my notes but God knows who does what here.
my file is under review from august coz my job duties does not match with NOC requirements.
the GCMS notes are not really supportive. You should email them and try to know why your file is being reveiwed.I don't want to scare you but when its gone for review. it takes forever and chances are 50-50 .
