Good evening everyone! My husband and I will be filing his sponsorship application soon. He's currently in Canada on a working holiday visa.

Can we put his work permit extension application in the same envelope? Or should it be entirely separate? Does it matter which one is sent first?

Thank-you!

Where is he from?

An outland app is usually the best option, especially when the applicant already has a work permit in Canada.

He is from South Korea. And he lives and works in Canada now. His working holiday visa expires in December.

agreed.

he can send his work permit renewal app separately.
it is same address but different unit, so avoid confusion.

Apply outland. Manila averages less than a year, so there may be a few months where he can't work but he will be a PR in less than HALF the time than he would with an inland app. There is also no risk to an outland app if he needs to leave Canada at any point.
