file states is

(We received............. application for permanent residence on January 15, 2016.
We started processing ............ application on March 17, 2016.
Medical results have been received.)

my wife is pregnant attach all pregnancy documents with file and rite a later issue visa before delivery she have pr card .delivery date is in June 2016 . cic issue visa before delivery or not . and give me information 1st e mail after approval application.

There is pretty much no chance that the app will be approved before delivery.
