Hey friends I got reply from Buffalo VO And my application got denied after waiting for 2 years.
Officer says " my job duties did not satisfy him. But i believe it fits in Noc 9212."
I need some expert's advise. Can i go against that decision and ask for review again and submitt job duties well explained.

I need reply as soon as possible.

Sorry to know this but I suppose you can appeal for reconsideration. Also I suggest you open a new thread asking for experts help, that way more people may look at it and a possible advice.

Hello Friends,

Need a quick advise, I applied as Quebec skilled worker and sometime back my file was transferred to NY office.

To cut the story short, I got the request for passport from New york office on 21st Nov and they received my passport on 23rd Nov.

Can any senior suggest, how long it generally takes to get the Permanent resident visa from New York....Should I expect something in this week. Btw, my ecas status is changed to "Decision made" on 1st Dec from "in progress" before.

Please advise

Guys do you know how long does it take for DMP to send medical over to Ottawa .. it has been 2 weeks and the DMP didnt send anything :S .. they told me the Blood test is done by the governmental labs only.. and this takes 2 weeks .. anybody can confirm this.. I am in Canada??

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 5, 2011"

Yesterday I saw my address and this line was not there.

I am in Northern Virginia. To clarify, letter of communication inside yellow Envelope is dated Dec 9th. USPS delivered it within the normal delivery timeline, pl note that there is a Sunday in between.

BTW, I scheduled medicals and they are charging US $330 for adult and $270 for kids. Also adults need to take chest x-ray costing $45. So total for adults is $375.
