We need to upload supporting documents for my brother who is self employed. There is a lot of paperwork. How do I manage to reduce the size of almost 100 documents to 4 MB?

Are you scanning the documents? If yes, try reducing the resolution a bit. There are a lot of online tools also to compress the pdfs.

use compression tools online. If still larger than 4mb you can reprint using softwares and reduce the quality
