File returned by Ircc but not received yet

Hi all,

I have submitted my file on 3rd may 2019 i did not get any response from cic so i dial number of Ircc call center . They told me my file got returned on 10th july .
I sent 2 webforms and also contacted ircc for the status of my file as i did not received yet , i also told them to provide me tracking number of my file .however they are not helping me in proving any reference number or tracking number .

Can anybody help me what i can do next to get my file back?

Unfortunately there won't be any tracking number related to your application. It will be returned through regular mail - so no wayto track it.

It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months (depending where you are living) to get the application package back.

You should have it within a week in that case (i.e. by mid next week).

But they told me we sent back on 10th july however i dis received yet.

It takes several weeks for packages to be returned. What you are experiencing is normal. You'll likely get it in the next week.

Hi thanks for helping in my questions.

I just received my file back and there is a readon mentioned schedule A form not signed by hand.

I have signed it digitally but dont know that this should be signed by hand too.
