Based on what i hear from this forum and rejections from OINP is that they need the WES Stamped hard copy printout sent to you be WES through snail mail, and not the email PDF copy.

But i guess you may relax because post 4th Dec'15 anyway they are asking all (or most) applicants to order a duplicate copy from WES at a fee of C$96.05 to be delivered directly to them by mail or email (as an attachment).

So if your application received/AOR is post 4th Dec'15 then whatever ECA copy you may have included with your application package, you'll be asked for another one...so shouldn't matter.

Then you can send them the scanned copy of the WES credential assessment along with a letter of explanation, either by post, or by fax, or by email (or all three), and it will automatically be added to your file. I missed some documents in my application when I sent it out, and I sent them to OINP later, a few weeks on, by email and fax, and there were no issues with my application.

thanks Aragorn, I think i ll let it be like that only. because they are already asking for duplicate ECA report from WES, so it should not matter to them if ECA document is xerox one from original or printed one from PDF sent by WES. at end they are going to ask for original copy from WES only. so its better to keep it that way only. otherwise i ll have to order ECA certificate from WES because i never received it.

How much time has passed since the initial submission of your application, and the current resubmission?

Can you please provide a source of this information.

Do not request that your ECA report be sent to CIC directly by the assessment agency. You must include the ECA reference number with your complete application for permanent residence.

Source is the email request received from OINP to order a duplicate ECA report to be delivered by WES to OINP directly by mail/emai (as attachment).

It reached on Oct 23rd.

Also do I need to take out the old nomination and add the new application form since I am missing the job validation code. Right now in the application they have sent back they have highlighted the missing code with a highlighter?
 
dhavaldesai they might have asked you to resubmit your application by filling job verification code. I think that is the only option we have. go by resubmiting your application. I know it is tough waiting for more that 2 months again for AOR but this time I am sure u ll get nominated.
