File processing time if in USA and applying from INDIA

Hi All ,

I am residing in India and applied for Canada PR for my family. My husband is on H1B visa for US and will expire in 2016. I send my docs on 12 th june 2014. I am having two kinds. I want to know that how much time it will take to process my file?

As my husband is at US will my processing time is longer?

And when my file will be entered in the process? (any approximate time).
