we have been assigned and received file numbers, for our 4 family members out of 5 applicants( 2 principle applicant, 3 dependent child) on january 12 2018. One of our applicant's file number is yet to come. The problem is only one applicants status is being shown on online service, The others application number is unrecognizable.
