file number not sent in email......?

Can anyone help pls.
i rcvd my file no. starting with E ............ then after medical was done i was sent an email informing that now i have to use the new file no. starting with B mentioned in the subject file...
But there was nothing in the subject line

it was blank.......

i sent an email on sat it bounced back.....
what to do?

Try putting the e-mail in your URL, sometimes it's actually a URL not an e-mail and from there you can ask them for the information
