ADR Status - N/A - 05th July 2022

Currently awaiting PPR...

I received my GCMS notes recently and the it shows, eligibility & security as 'not started.'
However, the file location shows, 'RROC support review required.'
I've seen that 'review required' usually mentioned against elibility assessment, this is something new. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
I received an ADR for PCC and schedule A, along with a remedical request.
Please help.

pls help me am confuse i got this email from RROC-CORR-RI.IRCC@cic.gc.ca-RROC-CORR-RI.IRCC@cic.gc.ca since 9th august 2023 & our application was refused that after 20 mins i got this ‘email.. yet our application has not changed i only see GU 2twices if u have … they have requested replacement which i have provide on their web from & reply with the email but i haven’t gotten any response from them i don’t know
