File Closed- Can I re apply ?

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for canadian immigration in May 2009 from US.After that I had to come back to India.I got the approval from NS in Sep 2009.Since I continued staying in India after that and I still am,I could not furnish the documents to Buffalo office in time period of 120 days.I got a mail few days back that m y file has been closed.

I am slated to travel to US again.Can I re apply for PR ? I had applied in IT Manager category earlier.

Please let me know your comments and share your experiences.

I doubt it, as his application was processed by Buffalo and refused.
