Hello

My friend's express entry application was refused as the officers claims he didn't meet the eligibility (officer changed his education score from Master to Bachelor)

My friend has a bachelor degree in Law (WES attached), and he working as a lawyer NOC 4112 (Category A).

There was no fairness letter, just a final refusal, then we tried web-form to re-check the case, but they replied decision is final.

We will try to contact some MPs & the minister of immigration office, however we are looking for backup path to file case in the federal court, anyone has a experience with good lawyer with low/reasonable fees.

As said above - he can't claim points for a Masters. His education was recognized as a Bachelor degree. The officer correctly changed his education level. I'm not sure I understand what the grounds for an appeal would be.

Officer was kind enough to recalculate score to see if it meets cut off. Should have just rejected outright as an incomplete application.

I don't understand why you think his application was unfairly rejected? It seems like he doesn't have enough points or experience. He is more likely to get points if he has Masters but he has Bachelors.
