Field for LOE suddenly disappeared from eAPR form

Hello,

I just logged in to my eAPr profile today and found that the documents upload page had changed. There was no placeholder for uploading the LOE anymore. Has anyone faced this issue ? I have attached a picture for your reference.

sign out and sign in again, on the information page which you can edit your personal info, work history, personal history, etc, click any tab, and then don't change anything just click next, when you are in the document submission page the letter of explanation tab should appear.

Okay, sometimes I get the correct form, sometimes the wrong one. I even wondered whether they put my application in temporary visa class . Anyway good to know I am not alone here
