I am almost done with my forms, now i have 2 ambiguities;

first one that i am planning send a copy of my credit along with payment form, is this ok.

secondly, how to right to-date like in job experience or addresses how can we write till-date. i searched on the forum but no clear answer, some said leave it blank some send write the date of your application, kindly suggest which one is the best practice ?

No blanks under any circumstances. Please write there the date when you made the application.

Take the print outs of the forms and then write with black pen Till Date that is it. Do not worry it will work. Or if you have adobe professional software and a PDF password remover software then unsecure the pdf file and then add column for text and then you can add To Date.

is there any harm in providing copy of my credit card, actually i have heard that few applicants faced difficulties in credit card payments and bank told them that their trnx was declining because of non-availability of CVV03 digit code present at the back of the credit card, so i am planning to send the copy of my credit card so just in case if they need , they can use my CVVcode for tranx,
