If i dont have a canadian degree or canadian experience ... can i still apply for CEC ..??

I am sitting with 362 without my wife's WES and IELTS... is it worth spending $500 US to getit done or another 40 points .. ?

Any advices on PNPs which ones to apply and which one is giving away easy ?

PCC should be done now or should i just wait for ITA to come .. is there any expiry to it ... ?

NOC 6313 ... Any body with this NOC can reply to compare the scores ...

anybody who is in canada from hospitality industry who can help me get a job offer atleast... ???

No - you can't. You need Canadian experience to apply for CEC.
