Few questions regarding Super Visa

1. I am a Canadian PR. Can I sponsor my parents (mom+dad) together in one application (for super visa)?
2. I am a Canadian PR. I know I have to show my taxes and such.. But does my parents have to show their personal income tax too or is it optional?
3. Do I have to apply for their application (super visa) in Canada or they have to apply from their home country?

2. You must meet LICO for the past 3 years for the total number of people in your family. Your NOA will show whether you meet LICO. LICO for 2021 is not published. Parents do not have to show income.
3. The program has yet to be announced for 2022. It is a lottery so you may not be selected at all. They can be in Canada on a visitor visa.

In that case for #2, your parents should show their own income / savings in addition to what you show.

Your parents will need to show their own savings as well as you meeting LICO. They also need to show travel history, ties to home country, reasons to travel etc.

That's right. Ultimately the super visa is a visitor visa.
