Fermeture Administrative on Mon Projet

Hi all.
I applied from Canada to a CSQ using Mon Projet. After some time the status changed to "Decision" and then some time later it changed to "Fermeture administrative"
I have tried calling the call center and all they tell me is to keep on waiting.
Does anyone here have some additional information or has been thru a similar experience?

Could you give us more details about your application? When did you submit it? When did you send the requested documents, and after that when your status changed to "Décision" and "Fermeture administrative"?

Hi. It changed to decision around september 2017, and then to fermeture administrative around december 2017.

Hi , nothing. I called them again last week. They tell me they can see my file is complete with all the papers they need but no more info other than that. They only tell me to keep waiting.
