fees to pay for Sponsorship

I'm about to pay the fees online but I'm a little unsure on exactly how much to pay.
Can you tell me if the below is correct.

Sponsorship application (per application) 1 payment of 75.00
Principal applicant 1 payment of 475.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee 1 payment of 490.00

Total being 1040.00

I'm unsure of the "Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner" 550.00. My wife is my spouse would the correct fee be the 550.00 or the Principal applicant fee of 475.00

The fees you listed are correct. The $550 doesn't apply.

One last question on this. I paid the fees and now I have my Receipt number. I see I have to fill out my Address and number but what about the part with Client ID. I don't have a Client ID as of yet. Would I just leave that part blank?
