Fees payable under sponsorship for spouse/common law spouse

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked already but I couldn't find an answer. Can you confirm the following ..

We are going through an application to sponsor under the family class where my common law spouse is Canadian by birth and she is sponsoring me.
We currently live in Ireland.

I believe the costs to be a follows :-

Sponsor $75
Sponsee $475

I believe I then have to pay $490 landing fee ?

I know there are medical costs etc. but are these the main fees ?

If possible always better to pay all the fees at once which total $1,040.00; paying the landing few later may delay the application by weeks or months.....

Yes, that's correct. That's $550 with the application and $490 for the landing fee, or $1040 total.As KJG said, it's better to pay it all up front if you can, waiting can delay your application.
