Fees for Express Entry - When to pay?

Hi there,

I have what I think it will be a simple question...

I applied for Permanent Residence, received my ITA, and am now uploading all the required forms. My questions are:

- After submitting the forms a windows will pop-up asking me to pay for the fees?

or
- Do I have to pay it separately and attach the receipt under "Optional Documents - Client Information"?
