Hi,

I really need hep here. I have my completed my application in one hand and in the other hand the money to pay the application processing. MY PROBLEM is that I can find a way to send the money to the FSW category 1.
I went to a bank that accepted to do me a demande draft that correspond to a bank draft, according to the clerk, but I was told that I need an address, for a money order I need a bank account.
Can anybody tell me an address that I can use on the bank draft? Can I use the address of the FSW category 1?
I am running out of options

Thank you

What category 1 address? Last I checked you use your own address on the bank draft.

Good luck

Hi, Mr.V,

Thanks for you input. The address of FSW category 1 is the address where the application should be send to (Intake division in Nova Scotia). The address I am talking about is the address of the bank draft receiver? Are you saying that I should write my address as the address of the receiver?

Thanks again

Hi Sato,

Follow this links:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp, and then click on instruction guide (IMMEG 700) and they click on Pay the fees
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG75.asp

Payment method options

In Canadian funds only, you may pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Do not enclose cash.

I think you will need to send the Bank draft or whatever your payment option is together with your application.
Mailing instructions

Follow the instructions below to determine where to submit your application.

* Put the completed forms, supporting documents and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.
* Mail your completed application to one of the addresses shown below.

THE bank draft should be payable to " receiver general of canada"

this might help, my bank draft had the address of the bank in canada.

THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA
INTERNATIONAL BANKING DIVISION
SCOTIA PLAZA, 44 KING STREET W. AT BAY
TORONTO, ONTARIO MSH 1H1

Thank you,

Maybe I was not clear enough in my previous post. The bank in my country need an address in Canada to complete the bank draft. Without an address in Canada they can not make a bank draft.

thanks

to fill out the forms for "draft application form" in bank you defiantly need a canadian address. use same address on which you are going to post your application. but draft should be in the name of "receiver general of canada"
