I am the principle aplicant and my my sponsor has been approved. My status is decision made. It chnaged to this on the 05th of May.
Its now the 13th of June and I am yet to receive anything in the post from CIC. I email them to ask about it but I get no reply. What do I do and should I be worrying at all? help me please.

Where's your visa office? They all seem to operate to different rules but if you yourself have gone decision made then be patient, if they were going to reject you they would have asked for more documents and/or an interview. They don't necessarily like multiple emails asking the same question, but when they don't answer what's a person supposed to do?

Did you ever have a passport request? Do you even need a visa to come to Canada? Perhaps the copr is in the mail and is taking the long route.

Is the "decision made" status under "principal applicant" or "sponsor" on ecas?

They probably won't reply, because they usually say to consider the time it takes to be delivered. Contact the CIC call centre and ask about the decision. They should be able to tell you since your application was processed in Canada.

The processing office is Ottawa and I live in London. They've not asked for my passport at all.

That is a but unusual. We actually received an email for a copy of our passport before it changed to DM on ECAS and we were also Ottawa. Stupid question but have you checked your email to make sure you haven't missed anything? Generally they ask for the copy of the passport and two updated photos which you send to the London office who then issues the COPR.
