Email them and ask that they need its hard copy of soft.
If hard copy then you need to send the attested copy in a sealed envelop from your university.
If soft copy is required then you can simply send the notarized attested copy.

I have received an offer for admission in Meng for sept 2014.Registration for this term will start in july.I want to ask that can i pre pay my tuition fee?
I asked the accounts section and they sais that i can pre pay it but in the email the said i can pay it when my student account will show that you have amount to pay.
I am confused because currently its showing $ 0 to pay as i have not registered.
And i need fee receipt to apply for my visa from India .

There no such requirement "And i need fee receipt to apply for my visa from India ." by CIC.
But it is good if you want to apply with fee receipt. I also did the same.

My uni told me the same but then after my debate, they allowed me to submit the dues in advance even prior to registration and as a receipt, they issued my a formal letter on university letterhead stating that we have received this abc amount from <name> <student id number> and this amount will utilize for semester tuition, etc....

So ask them to allow you the same.

I have completed my 12th in commerce without maths. I completed IELTS and got a band of 7.5. I cannot find a college in toronto which provides courses (without maths requirement), that I'm interested in. I got a course-Business in Centennial College. But someone said that the course does not have opportunities and I may have to leave Canada after the course. Do you know any course related to my stream which is in demand in Canada? I would also like other suggestions.

Btech in Electronics and Communication : 60% ( till 7th semester) (6 backlogs) (last 2 years percentage around 67%)
