Fee payments steps in entire immigration process of Skilled worker program -???

I have applied for Immigration to Canada under federal skilled worker program and submit fee as follows

1. Application processing fee at the time of application submission
2. RPRF at the time of medical examination

Now got mail regarding submission of passports to VFS....

Please suggest .....
further steps that are required to perform on my side regarding fee payments and other formalities if required
