Fee payments process of Skilled worker program -???

I have applied for Canadian immigration under federal skilled worker Program and Pay following fee

1. Application processing fee at the time of application submission and
2. RPRF -at the time of medical examination

Now i got a mail regarding submission of passport to VFS Delhi
please advise about the rest of the process regarding fee submission and other formalities to be performed from my side
