Fee payment by cousin brother living in canada or through Indian bank (does it effect on my visa file)

Dear Experts,

I got admit in Durham college for Certification course . My cousin brother is already in Canada.

does it make sense for him to pay the fee or the fee should come from an Indian bank?

Which option makes the visa application stronger? or it does not matter?

Is there any chances of refusal of visa if he will pay the fee ??

If your fees are already paid in full, that can help your application. But you still need to show financial sufficiency to pay for your living expenses. If your brother is sponsoring you then you need to document that clearly.
