Do I have to pay the $150 fee for each of my dependent children even if they are non-accompanying? 
It just says "Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition." I'm not applying for them to immigrate right now, only me. I'm getting them their medical exams and sending photos and copies of their birth certificates. I'm hoping that's all I need.
