Federal skilled workers vs Express entry

I'm working and live in Canada for the past 2 years (with work permit).
Which system do i need to choose Federal skilled workers or Express entry?

Both what? There are 3 programs under Express Entry - FSW, CEC, FST...

Can i choose one or another program or its done automatically?
If you receive an invitation to apply, it will tell you which program to apply to. If you are eligible for CEC and FSW, the default is CEC...

read the website, the express entry is not an immigration program.
