Does anybody has an idea when the FSWP 2014 will be opening? Do you think the program will launch this year?

Hopefully no to this year 2014. By the end of march or Mid April we will come to know. But they r planning to introduce EOI system by jan 2015.

There's no FSWP for 2014, it's been made known by the CIC except otherwise stated in the future...

EOI(Expression of Interests) would be introduced in 2015 where the eligibility and qualification would be largely based on luck/selection by the CIC or employers from a dedicated pool created mainly for the selection process for the EOI programme.
